On all my visits to the Spire, I have found the premises to be welcoming, comfortable, and clean. The staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. As much as it can be, given that hospital visits are associated with illness, it is a pleasure to visit the Spire.

The Spire Hospital was fantastic, all the Staff and how they treated me. All staff treated me with respect and wanted to do their best for me. The understood my phobias and helped me through the difficult times. Post surgery they were very attentive to my needs and worked with me to get me home. A great hospital even during COVID - Thank you

My entire stay was very good. The staff were lovely , helpful, smiley even when I called them half a dozen times the night after my op ( nothing sinister, the bladder went into warp drive)
The food was great , the physio was explained well , the fact you must work at this - without it recovery will be slow.

THE ONLY THING I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT WAS THE SERCURITY IN THE HOSPITAL,I SAW A YOUNG ASIAN LAD WALKING ROUND THE HOSPITAL FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS HE WAS TRYING DOORS WITH STATIONARY ON IT,I REPORTED IT TO XRAY WHERE I WAS THE LADY SAID HE SHOULD HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO,SO I REPORTED IT TO RECEPTION
